Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice of cancellation. A substitute person may be sent if the original person registered can not attend.

If a client does not cancel and fails to attend a workshop, our policy is to charge the client; however, that person or their replacement may attend a future workshop of the same value, at no charge.
