Su thrives on seeing life-altering "ah-ha" moments of realization and change in people, and is passionate about helping you attain them. She is a certified Human Behavior Consultant, Master Hypnotherapist, and certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Her interactive workshops make learning easy and fun, and she is often invited to conference and corporate retreats to share her expertise in communication. She has also developed customized internal communication programs for government departments, multi-national firms, and has facilitated group and private coaching sessions with executive level management.
Su is a also a founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC), Coachville, an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), Director of Communications for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Ottawa, and a Club President of Toastmasters International. Toastmasters is dedicated to making effective communication a world-wide reality, and so is Su Thomas.
A graduate of University of Toronto's International Relations Programme and communication expert, Su speaks 5 languages, six including her expertise in reading and translating body language. She is also the Founder of Davidson Greenwood.
